We're thrilled to have you join us for a creative journey in clay. Before we get our hands dirty, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:
Reservation and Payment:
Our classes have limited seats, so full payment is required to reserve your spot. Your payment covers two sessions: creating and glazing, all bundled into one price.
Please keep in mind that payment is for one item only unless otherwise specified. If you would like to craft an extra piece using additional clay, there will be an extra charge.
Rescheduling and Refunds:
Payments are specific to the class you've booked and are non-transferrable. We apologize, but we do not offer refunds. However, if you need to reschedule, you can do so for a fee of Fls 25.
Completion and Pickup:
After the first firing, glazing must be completed within two weeks unless we agree on a different timeline.
Once your item is glazed and fired, we kindly ask that you pick it up within 10 days of notification. Our studio and holding room are cozy but limited in space. After this period, we cannot be responsible for uncollected items.
